We’re excited to share that we’ve moved to a whole new platform to provide a faster, more efficient and beautiful shopping experience. You’ll notice updates to our navigation and will see new tools like wishlist and order history; this is just the start. We’re working towards so many more things to make your shopping experience better.

experiencing an issue with the site?

With any change, we expect there may be some kinks. We don’t 100% know what they’ll be until you tell us. If you have any feedback, positive or negative about the website, we want to hear. You may submit your feedback to: “site@hannaAndersson.com”. This will not serve as an immediate customer service platform. saved items + a new wishlist

Your saved bag information from before September 5th will not carry over. Items saved after September 4th will save for 14 days. You may also use the new Wishlist feature to save your faves!

how do I use wishlist?

Create an account by clicking on the “my account” link in the homepage. Once you've created an account, add items to your wishlist by clicking on the heart icon / add to wishlist link located on any product page.

can I share my wishlist?

Log into your account and select “make this list public”. Then, share your wishlist link however you like!

order history

This is a new feature, Order History will start tracking orders starting on September 5th, 2017.

I don't see order comments in checkout

I don’t see an option to enter order comments, where is it? Order comments are temporarily unavailable. If you need to share information about your order, please contact Customer Service Monday - Sunday, 6am - 8pm PT 1.800.222.0544 or help@hannaAndersson.com.

Where do I select ship to store?

Ship to store is no longer on the cart page. You can now make your ship to store selection at the bottom of the Shipping page in checkout.

why can't I add multiple gift items to a recipient in my order? I used to be able to do this before.

This feature is temporarily unavailable. You may ship multiple items to a recipient, but will not be able to add gift wrapping to multiple recipients in a single order.

the items i saved in my bag are missing, where are they?

With our new site update, we had to migrate our systems and unfortunately could not bring over saved items. For help with an order, please contact Customer Service Monday - Sunday, 6am - 8pm PT 1.800.222.0544 or help@hannaAndersson.com.

where did the digital catalog go?

Our catalog is now only available in print. If you’d like view our catalog, please call Customer Service at 1.800.222.0544 or email us at customerservice@hannaandersson.com

Is my information still secure?

Yes, absolutely.

I don't see a way to order physical gift cards or eGift cards.

Online ordering is temporarily unavailable. However, feel free to order physical gift cards through Customer Service or visit one of our retail stores.
