If you're unhappy with a product at any time for any reason, just bring or send it back to us, and we'll refund the purchase price or replace the item. It's as simple as that.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are easy and exchanges ship free.


For the best service and selection please order your replacement items by calling customer service at 1.800.222.0544, the new merchandise will be shipped to you with no shipping fee. Next, follow the directions below to return your items.

You can also visit one of our stores to exchange your items. Bring your receipt or packing slip and the credit card used to place the order. Without a packing slip, a store credit or merchandise exchange will be offered at the current selling price.


  1. For greatest convenience, ship your return or exchange to us using the prepaid return provided at the bottom of your Order Summary. Upon receipt we will deduct the following from your return credit: $6.95 for one item or $8.95 for two or more items (no deduction for shipping errors; not available for AK & HI). Affix the return label securely to the return package and drop it at any US Mailbox or Post Office.

    You can track your return as it makes its way back to our Customer Returns Center by using our order status page.

  2. If you prefer, ship your return using the carrier of your choice (insured) to the following address:

  3. Upon receipt of your package, we'll send a confirmation to your email address (if you have shared your email with us). Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.

  4. Merchandise purchased online may also be returned to a Hanna Store with the original packing slip. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Without a packing slip, a store credit or merchandise exchange will be offered at the current selling price.

Price Adjustments

If an item from Hanna Andersson is marked down within 14 days from your original order date, we will gladly offer a one-time price adjustment. This adjustment policy is not available on clearance items ending in $.79 or $.99, or with some offers such as (but not limited to) Cyber Weekend, Promotional events and is not applicable in our Outlet Stores.
