Ordering From Hanna Andersson

You can place an order with Hanna Andersson online through our website or by phone at 800-222-0544.

While we do encourage all customers to create an online account when ordering, you can always place an order as a “guest.” Simply select “Checkout as Guest” when checking out to complete your order without an account.

Creating an account or logging into your account when placing your order has several benefits: It makes it easier for you to look up your past orders, allows you to create wish lists and manage your email preferences.

Quality Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our product. If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, just bring or send the item back to us and we will issue a merchandise credit for the purchase price or replace the item with the same style and size. Quality is specific to defects related to fabric, construction or trim.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned within 60 days of original purchase. For orders placed between 11/1/2020 through 11/26/2020, we have extended our return window to 90 days from the original purchase date.

  • Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt. Credit card purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used to purchase the item.
     
  • Returns for orders purchased using PayPal cannot be returned to our stores or outlets and must be mailed to our Distribution Center by getting a shipping label by visiting our online returns portal HERE.
     
  • When returning a gift, you’ll receive your refund on a Hanna eGift card.
     
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
     
  • All items ending in $0.79 are Final Sale and non-returnable.
     
  • Any product returned outside of the return policy or order placed before 8/20 cannot be processed.
     
  • Hanna merchandise purchased from other sellers or retailers cannot be returned to a Hanna store, distribution center or online. Please contact the seller for return.
     
  • Physical Gift Cards and eGift cards are non-returnable.
     

Retail and Outlet Stores Only:

  1. Please note – due to COVID-19, all retail stores are currently closed, but any in-store purchases can be returned to our Distribution Center within 60 days. For orders placed between 11/1/2020 through 11/26/2020, we have extended our return window to 90 days from the original purchase date.

  2. All returns are subject to 24-hour restocking time period before the item may be purchased again.

  3. If you paid by cash and your return is over $75, you may choose between a refund check issued in 7-10 business days, or a Hanna eGift card.

How To Return Products Shipped To US Addresses

  1. Click here to start a return: Start a Return

    1. You will be asked for your Order Number and Billing Zip code. If your order date is prior to 8/20/2020, you will encounter an error message because your order is outside of our return window.

    2. From the products shown on the page, choose the product(s) you wish to return. Please note – products and orders outside of our return window of 60 days may not be available for returns. For orders placed between 11/1/2020 through 11/26/2020, we have extended our return window to 90 days from the original purchase date.

    3. Print the label and packing slip. Hanna Andersson is currently offering FREE returns except for AK, HI, FPO/APO and U.S. territories where a flat $10 is charged on each return. This offer is only available during the promotional period.

    4. Place the packing slip in your box, affix the return label securely to the return package and drop it at any US Mailbox, Post Office or any FedEx store.

    5. You can track your return as it makes its way back to our Customer Returns Center by clicking on the Track My Return link.

    6. You will receive Return Confirmation emails. This is helpful in the event you need to print your Shipping label and/or packing slip at another location.

  2. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed. Please note – due to shipping delays and social distancing at our Distribution Center, returns may take longer to process.

How To Return Gifts Shipped To US Addresses

  1. Click here to start a gift return: Start a Return Make sure you select start a Gift Return on the next page.

    1. You will be asked for your Order Number and Shipping Zip code.

How To Return Products Shipped To International Addresses Via BorderFree

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not—for any reason—your unwashed and unworn Hannas can be returned within 60 days of original purchase for a full refund (except for shipping costs). For orders placed between 11/1/2020 through 11/26/2020, we have extended our return window to 90 days from the original purchase date. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for all return shipping fees, and we won’t reimburse the original shipping costs.

To start your return, please contact Hanna’s customer care team, internationalorders@hannaandersson.com and ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Mail the completed form with your item(s) to the Borderfree address included on the form. Borderfree will credit your account after it finished processing the form and merchandise. You will also receive an email from Borderfree to confirm that the return has been completed.

Please allow Borderfree up to 6 weeks to process your return and to credit the refund to your financial institution.
