TARGETED ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS

Hanna engages others to provide analytics services, serve advertisements, and perform related services across the web and in mobile applications. These entities may use cookies, tags, pixels, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Sites and other websites and mobile apps, including your device identifiers, IP address, web browser and mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, order information, items added to cart, and conversion information. This information is used to deliver advertising targeted to your interests on other companies’ sites and mobile apps, understand the effectiveness of this advertising, and to analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your activity. We may engage vendors that use tracking technologies to help us better tailor advertising and marketing to you based on your data when you are not logged in combined with your known visitor data. Depending on where you reside, you can opt out of ad targeting through cookies and similar technologies on our website by following the prompts behind the Your Privacy Choices link in the Site footer. Your opt-out choice will be linked to the browser on which you exercise your choice only; therefore, you will need to renew your opt-out choice if you visit our website from a new device or browser, or if you clear your browser’s cookies.

In addition, we work with advertising partners to translate other identifiers, like email addresses and phone numbers, into a unique identifier that can then be used to show ads that promote Hanna Andersson across the web and in mobile apps. Depending on where you reside, you may opt out of these disclosures by filling out our web form.

Some of the activities described in this section may constitute “targeted advertising,” “sharing,” or “selling” under certain privacy laws. To learn more about the choices available to you with respect to these practices, see the Additional Information for Specific Jurisdictions section below.
