Shipping Internationally

We currently ship packages to all countries outside of the US. International countries with the exception of Canada and Japan have a choice of shipping method; please see Canada and Japan for more information on shipping and returns.

For all other countries we offer either International Standard mail which has a 2-6 week delivery timeframe (no tracking available, timeframe does not include possible delays in customs or during holidays) or International FedEx Express which delivers in 7-9 business days (tracking provided, timeframe does not include possible delays with initial order or customs processing).

Shipping & Handling fees Internationally based on the the order total:

  • Up to $50: Parcel Post $20 USD; Express $40 USD
  • $51 to $100: Parcel Post $30 USD; Express $65 USD
  • $101 to $150: Parcel Post $40 USD; Express $65 USD
  • $151 to $200: Parcel Post $50 USD; Express $90 USD
  • $201 to $300: Parcel Post $60 USD; Express $90 USD
  • $301+: Parcel Post $65 USD; Express $115 USD

 

Duty and taxes are not included in the order total and can vary from country to country. The package recipient is responsible for all local duty and tax charges presented at the time of delivery; this information includes gift and exchange orders. Shipments to all countries except Russia, Japan and Canada on orders over $500 USD must go by FedEx Express. If your order exceeds $500 USD, FedEx Express must be selected as the shipping method on the order during check out or you can choose to reduce the amount of the order prior to submission. If FedEx express is not selected at the time that the order is placed, we will select it onto the order and the cost will be added to the order total prior to shipment. The exceptions to this are Japan, Canada and Russia. See Canada and Japan for more information on shipping to those countries. *IMPORTANT, FedEx express to Russia has been suspended indefinitely.

First time orders with our company will require additional information. After submitting an order you will receive an email from customerservice@hannaandersson.com Please reply to the email questions as soon as possible so that we may finalize the bank verification process and move your order into our ready to ship status.

Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned within 60 days of original purchase.

How to Return:

1. If we have made a mistake with your order, or if you have an item which is not meeting quality standards, please contact us prior to returning any garments so that we may assist you in the process.

2. To send a return back to Hanna please use International mail to our USA returns address labeling the box with the address label from your invoice. You can also hand address your return to the following: Returns, Hanna Andersson 5000 Commerce Crossings Dr Ste 101 Louisville, KY 40229

3. Please contact your local duty and tax office for potential refunds of duty and tax originally paid on returned items.

Quality:

We stand behind the quality of our product. If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, just bring or send the item back to us and we will issue a merchandise credit for the purchase price or replace the item with the same style and size. Quality is specific to defects related to fabric, construction or trim.
