Shipping times are approximately 6-8 business days; duty and taxes are not included in your order total. The package recipient (including gift and exchange orders) is responsible for all local duty and tax charges presented at the time of delivery.

Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned within 60 days of original purchase.
How to Return:
1. Please contact us with any issues first, so we can assist you in the process. To send your return back, use mail to our USA returns address using the address label on your invoice. If we made a mistake with your order, we'll refund the postage.
2. Send to: Returns to Hanna Andersson 5000 Commerce Crossings Dr Ste 101, Louisville, KY 40229. You will need to contact your local duty and tax office for a refund of all duty and tax originally paid on returned items
3. Within 3-4 weeks, your original form of payment will be credited.
Quality:
We stand behind the quality of our product. If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, just bring or send the item back to us and we will issue a merchandise credit for the purchase price or replace the item with the same style and size. Quality is specific to defects related to fabric, construction or trim.
