If you're unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us and we'll refund the purchase price or replace the item. It's as simple as that.
returns & exchanges

For greatest convenience, ship your return or exchange to us using the prepaid SmartLabel provided at the bottom of your Order Summary. Upon receipt we will deduct the following from your return credit: $6.95 for one item or $8.95 for two or more items (no deduction for shipping errors). Affix the SmartLabel securely to the return package and drop it at any US Mailbox or Post Office.

By using SmartLabel, you can track your return as it makes its way back to our Customer Returns Center by clicking here and using the SmartLabel Tracking ID found on the receipt portion of your invoice.

If you prefer, ship your return using the carrier of your choice (insured) to the following address: Returns, Hanna Andersson, 6900 Riverport Drive, Louisville, KY 40258.

Upon receipt of your package, we'll send a confirmation to your email address (if you have shared your email with us). Please allow
2-3 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Merchandise purchased through the catalog may also be returned to a Hanna Store with the original packing slip. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Without a packing slip, a store credit or merchandise exchange will be offered at the current selling price.

How to return hannas from Canada, Japan or other international countries.
back order
Although we make every effort to be in stock for your order, popular items do become temporarily unavailable, or “backordered,” at times. Available items will be sent to you right away, and backordered items are sent when they arrive in stock, at no additional shipping charge. Your credit card is billed only as items are shipped from our warehouse.
If any of your items are backordered, the estimated shipping dates will be listed on your invoice. If dates change, we will be sure to notify you.
payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB. For mail orders, we accept checks (phone number required on all checks) and money orders payable in US funds. (A fee will be charged for returned checks.)
price adjustments
If an item from Hanna Andersson is marked down within 14 days from your original order date, we will gladly offer a one-time price adjustment. This adjustment policy is not effective during end of season Hanna Sale time periods, and is not applicable in our Outlet Stores.

We are happy to send orders anywhere in the world - detailed shipping information is available for Canada, Japan, and all other countries.
