Ordering From Hanna Andersson
You can place an order with Hanna Andersson online through our website or by phone at 800-222-0544.
While we do encourage all customers to create an online account when ordering, you can always place an order as a “guest.” Simply select “Checkout as Guest” when checking out to complete your order without an account.
Creating an account or logging into your account when placing your order has several benefits: It makes it easier for you to look up your past orders, allows you to create wish lists and manage your email preferences.
Quality Commitment
We want you to be happy with your Hannas!
We stand behind our signature Hanna-Me-Down quality. Following our 60-day return period, if you are unhappy with the quality* of an item, you can send it back to us with your original proof of purchase. For qualifying items, we will issue a merchandise credit in an amount equal to the original purchase price (less shipping fees) or replace the item with the same style and size.
*Our quality commitment covers merchandise purchased directly from us online that has defects related to fabric, construction, or trim. It excludes normal wear and tear or improper care (e.g., items not washed or handled in accordance with the instructions on the label).
Hanna items purchased from Hanna Pre-Loved, or other sellers or retailers, cannot be returned under our quality commitment.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Merchandise in its original condition (new, unwashed, and unworn) purchased directly from Hanna Andersson’s website, can be returned within 60 days of original purchase.
Refunds with an original sales receipt (ex: order confirmation email or gift receipt) are issued in the original form of payment (less shipping fees) as shown on the receipt. Credit card purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used to purchase the item.
A return fee of $7.50 (U.S. 48 contiguous states) or $10.00 for Alaska, Hawaii, FPO/APO and US territories will be applied to each return shipment. For returns on sets or bundles, all items in the set or bundle must be returned. For assistance with any damaged or defective items, please contact Hanna Customer Care at 1-800-222-0544, option 3.
When returning a gift, you’ll receive your refund on a Hanna Andersson eGift card.

How DO I Return something to hanna andersson?
You can return Hanna Andersson orders by mail. To start your return, click here: Start a Return. You will be asked for your Order Number and Email address.
From the products shown on the page, choose the product(s) you wish to return. Please note – products and orders outside of our return window of 60 days are not available for returns.
Print the label and packing slip. All purchases will be subject to a $7.50 return fee, except for AK, HI, FPO/APO and US Territories where a flat $10 is charged on each return.
Place the packing slip in your box, affix the return label securely to the return package and drop it at any FedEx Store, US Mailbox or Post Office.
You can track your return as it makes its way back to our Customer Returns Center by clicking on the Track My Return link.
You will receive Return Confirmation emails. This is helpful in the event you need to print your Shipping label and/or packing slip at another location.
Upon delivery confirmation to Hanna’s distribution center, please allow 1-2 weeks (2-3 week during Peak (Oct-Jan) for your refund to be processed.

How DO I RETURN A GIFT?

You will be asked for your Order Number and Shipping Zip code.

International RETURNS
If you're not—for any reason—your unwashed and unworn Hannas can be returned within 60 days of original purchase for a full refund (except for shipping costs). Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Keep in mind that you'll be responsible for all return shipping fees, and we won't reimburse the original shipping costs.
For international returns email, internationalorders@hannaandersson.com and ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Mail the completed form with your item(s) to the Borderfree address included on the form. Borderfree will credit your account after it finished processing the form and merchandise. You will also receive an email from Borderfree to confirm that the return has been completed.
Please allow Borderfree up to 6 weeks to process your return and to credit the refund to your financial institution.
