Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned within 60 days of original purchase.

  • Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt. Credit card purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used to purchase the item.

  • If you are making a return without an original receipt and/or proof of purchase, we will do our best to look up your original purchase information. If we are unable to find the purchase, you will be credited for the items at the last sale price on the date of the return in the form of a Hanna gift card.

  • When returning a gift, you’ll receive your refund on a Hanna gift card.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.

  • All items ending in $0.79 are Final Sale and non-returnable.

  • Any product returned outside of the return policy will not be processed.

  • Hanna merchandise purchased from other sellers or retailers cannot be returned at a Hanna store, distribution center or online. Please contact the seller for return.

Retail and Outlet Stores Only:

  1. All returns are subject to 24-hour restocking time period before the item may be purchased again.

  2. If you paid by cash and your return is over $75, you may choose between a refund check issued in 7-10 business days, or a Hanna gift card.

Quality

We stand behind the quality of our product. If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, just bring or send the item back to us and we will issue a merchandise credit for the purchase price or replace the item with the same style and size. Quality is specific to defects related to fabric, construction or trim.

How To Return Something

  1. For greatest convenience, ship your return to us using the prepaid return label provided at the bottom of your invoice. Upon receipt we will deduct the following from your return credit: $6.95 for one item or $8.95 for two or more items (no deduction for shipping errors; prepaid return label not available for AK & HI). Affix the return label securely to the return package and drop it at any US Mailbox or Post Office. You can track your return as it makes its way back to our Customer Returns Center by using your order status page.

  2. If you prefer, ship your return using the carrier of your choice (insured) to the following address:

  3. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed.

  4. Merchandise purchased through the site may also be returned to a Hanna Andersson store with the original packing slip.
