||Fill out the bottom portion of the Hanna invoice, keeping the top piece for your records.
||Use the address label at the bottom of your invoice to mail your package to the returns address; if we have made a mistake or you are returning a defective item please let us know so that we may refund your return postage.
||If you no longer have your invoice, please contact customer service for your order number. You can either include a note with the following information: your order number, name, address and reason for return; or you can print a copy of the order from our "order status" page on our website (using the order number and postal code) and include it along with the reason for return inside of the package.
