What is Hanna Rewards?

Hanna Rewards is a free loyalty program that allows you to earn points when you shop, spend your rewards, and get free standard shipping on orders $50 or more!

Is it a credit card?

Nope, there is no credit card associated with Hanna Rewards!

How do the points work?

You get to shop just as you normally do, and as long as you’re signed in to your account, you earn points! For each dollar you spend, you earn one point. When you reach 125 points, you get a $10 reward to spend.

How do I become a member?

It’s free and we make it easy! All you have to do is create an account, or upgrade an existing Hanna account if you already have one.

Is it free to join?

YES!

What personal info do I need to provide?

All you need to provide to create an account is your name, email address, and a password! It is optional to add your child’s name and birth month (for a birthday gift!).

What if I already have a Hanna account?

If you have an existing Hanna account, we make it super-easy to upgrade to a Hanna Rewards account in just a couple of quick clicks. Upgrade your account now!

How do I keep track of my points?

If you are logged in when you make a purchase, your points will automatically accrue and points earned will display on your order confirmation page and confirmation email. As soon as you earn 125 points, your points automatically turn into a $10 reward, which you can redeem right away from your bag or during checkout! You can always look at your Rewards Dashboard to track your progress toward the next reward.

How do I spend my rewards?

As soon as you earn a reward, you can choose to redeem it in your bag, or on the payment page during checkout. Redeeming a reward is always your choice—rewards will not automatically be applied at checkout. At checkout, we will always display the minimum reward amount available to cover your total, in increments of $10. If your cart total is less than the reward listed in checkout, add more to your bag to make the most of your available reward! If your cart total is less than the reward used, you will forfeit the unused dollars on that reward.

Will my points and rewards expire?

Points expire 1 year from the date you accrued them—you’ll see the expiration is listed on your Rewards Dashboard. $10 rewards expire 3 months after they’re issued. If you earn more than one reward, your rewards will stack until expiration. You’ll have until midnight (PST) on the expiration date listed to use your reward.

What if I live outside the US?

Currently the Hanna Rewards program is only available for US customers—but stay tuned for updates!

How do I add or edit a child on my account?

You can easily add child in the Manage Your Personal Info section of your account. If you need to edit your child’s information, Contact Us.
