First Day Heroes collection includes more than 450 styles for kids, spanning everyday school wear like graphic tees, denim overalls, and pinafore dresses, layering pieces like sweatshirts and cardigans, and our legendary HannaJams™ pajamas. Many of the knit pieces use Hanna's French terry fabric, made with tiny loops on the inside for breathability and cushiony comfort that gets softer with every wash. Our fabrics are supersoft and made with bright colors and bold prints designed not to fade in the wash. 

How should kids' back-to-school clothes fit?  

We design each style for how it's made to be worn by kids. The Denim Overalls are made in cotton denim with a little stretch for all-day movement, and several of the wide-leg pant styles use a pull-on waist with a relaxed fit for comfortable, unrestricted play. HannaJams™ pajama sets are supersoft, comfortable, and will keep them both warm during the colder months and cooler during the hotter months. We size our clothing in centimeters, and our apparel is made to grow with them, because we know kids grow fast!

Our kid’s apparel is made to withstand multiple washes, and we even wash-test them 50 times to ensure they maintain their new Hanna-Me-Down quality! The fabrics we use are soft, breathable, and made to move with kids as they grow and play. Layering pieces like tees and leggings will keep kids warm and comfortable without them overheating during active play and classroom time. Many of our play dresses have pockets to carry the day’s little treasures.
