To insure delivery by December 24th please order by December 12th and choose FedEx Express International as the shipping method.

Shipping times for Parcel Post Mail delivery are 2 -6 weeks; and for FedEx Express, 5-7 days with the exception of any customs delays. Duty and taxes are not included in your order total and can vary from country to country. The package recipient (including gift and exchange orders) is responsible for all local duty and tax charges presented at the time of delivery. Shipments over $600 are sent by express only.

If you're not happy for any reason, feel free to return any product.
1. Please contact us with any issues first, so we can assist you in the process. To send your return back, use mail to our USA returns address using the address label on your invoice. If we made a mistake with your order, we'll refund the postage.
2. Send to: Returns, Hanna Andersson 6900 Riverport Dr, Louisville, KY 40258. You will need to contact your local duty and tax office for a refund of all duty and tax originally paid on returned items
3. We'll process your return right away. Within a short amount of time your account will be credited, or a refund or exchange will be at your door.
