Shipping and handling charges do not include duty or taxes which vary from country to country. The package recipient is responsible for all local duty and tax charges presented at the time of delivery. We ship all in-stock merchandise promptly. There's no extra charge for backorder shipments, and credit card orders aren't charged until they leave our warehouse. Shipments over $600 are sent by express only.
