What Is SmartGift?

SmartGift is a service that helps you give the perfect gift, every time.

How Does It Work?

It’s easy! You want to give the best gift and by sending it with SmartGift, the recipient can make it perfect, all before any payment is made. We offer them — the recipient — the ability to personalize your gift’s color or size, exchange for a gift within 10% of the original gift value, or accept the original gift you sent as is.

When Do I Pay?

After the recipient accepts their ideal gift, you will be notified via email that your gift is ready for purchase. There is no additional fee for using this SmartGift service.

Can They Exchange For A More Expensive Item?

If the gift recipient decides to exchange your gift, they will only be able to select from a list of items valued up to 10% more than your original gift or any lesser value items.

It’s easy. Someone wants to send you a gift and using this service, you — the recipient — can make it perfect. We offer you the ability to personalize your gift’s color or size, exchange for an item within 10% of the original gift’s price or accept the original gift as is.

Can I Still Return The Gift After I Accept?

Of course, gifts can be returned in accordance with the return & exchange policies of the store where the gift is from. Please refer Hanna Andersson’s Return Policy for more information.

When Can I Expect My Gift?

Your gift will ship after the sender completes the purchase of your gift selection. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours of accepting your gift, we recommend reaching out to the sender for more information.
