Rated 5 out of 5 by sarah12345 from best sweatpants ever I bought these two years ago in dark green after agonizing a bit over the price. After wearing/washing them at least once a week (usually more), they still look and feel great. The material is thick, soft, and hasn't pilled, and the stitching is still tight. They're quality, and they really last. I bought an XS based on the sizing chart, and the elastic at the waist was initially a little too tight. It loosened up within a month, so I'm glad I didn't return for a larger size. If you're on the fence about purchasing them, go for it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Eprestwich from Not worth it I ordered these in the green in a size L, and I am a size 10-12. They fit well, but they were not very soft, I found them a bit scratchy. My biggest disappointment was the style. They are sweatpants, that's it. I thought maybe I could pass them off as something cuter, but no. I thought based on the photos that they would be more chic, but they're not. I paid $38 on sale, and I don't need $38 sweatpants, so I returned them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LuluLiz from Live up to the hype I've thought about buying these for a few seasons, but wasn't sure if they were worth the $$$. I finally took the plunge with some Christmas money and a 20% coupon, and immediately wished I hadn't waited so long - they really do live up to the hype! Less than a month later they got splashed with bleach (I still don't know how!), and had to be downgraded to house pants. But I'm back to buy another pair because they really are that great. The rise is high (comes up to my belly button) and the cut is definitely slim... I'm a size 10-12 (with generous hips) and the medium is a similar fit to my skinny jeans (but not too snug), so size up if you want a baggier look. I was unsure when I first pulled them on out of the box (not super flattering to the lower belly on their own), but once I put it together in an outfit it all worked plus I didn't have to worry about my butt hanging out the top. The juniper is a really pretty dark teal color that reads like a neutral and plays nicely with so many different colors without looking garish. As for formality, they fall somewhere between yoga pants and jeans. I don't think there's any way you could dress these up enough to make them work appropriate (even elementary school teachers), but if your day involves preschool drop off, grocery shopping, and a play date at the park these will leave you comfortable and stylish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nannerl from favorite slouchy pants I really like this pant; the fit is right, the weight is good, the colors are true. And the thing that usually puts a damper on my enthusiasm for Hannas--shipping fees--was mitigated by a free shipping day so I was entirely happy with this purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sandos123 from Awesome and comfortable house pants for the right body shape I bought these because my son has the toddler version and I thought it seemed like something I might like. I am 5'6 132lbs with 32 inch inseam and am more bottom heavy than top heavy. I bought the Small and it fits perfectly - figure hugging but not tight. The pants hit right above my ankles. Shape wise, the zipper placement and action at the waist are fashionable but somewhat hip widening. Since my hips are already wide enough, its a too much attention at the widest point on my body. These pants look awesome with a shirt tucked in, however, if you are like me and short waisted, shirt tucking makes you look funny. I still like these pants, but I think a longer waist and narrower hips would be the most flattering shape for the pants. With all of that said, these are comfortable, high quality, and my favorite house pants. They are also very stylish, which makes me feel like a cool mommy lol.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Screem from Tight fit, and different fit, depending on the color I am 5', 87 lbs, though with a thick waist (27 - 28"). I initially purchased these pants in an XS, based on other reviews, but found the XS much too tight, so exchanged them for a S, in both the deep olive and the heather gray. The heather gray was a good fit, but the deep olive seemed tighter, especially in the waist. Admittedly, I like my clothes somewhat loose, and this pant seems designed to be fashionably slim, so take my review with a grain of salt. I did end up keeping the heather gray, though am returning the deep olive, due to the waist constraint. I also agree with other reviewers that this is probably not a pant to wear in cold weather, the fabric not being warm or fleecy enough. It is, however, quite cute. The length, for me, is perfect, but I am short, so a taller woman would probably find these pants too short.
