Returns are easy and exchanges ship free.
For the best service and selection please order your replacement items by calling customer service at 1.800.222.0544, the new merchandise will be shipped to you with no shipping fee. Next, follow the directions below to return your items.
You can also visit one of our stores to exchange your items. Bring your receipt or packing slip and the credit card used to place the order. Without a packing slip, a store credit or merchandise exchange will be offered at the current selling price.
Although we make every effort to be in stock for your order, popular items do become temporarily unavailable, or “backordered,” at times. Available items will be sent to you right away, and backordered items are sent when they arrive in stock, at no additional shipping charge. Your credit card is billed only as items are shipped from our warehouse.
If an item from Hanna Andersson is marked down within 14 days from your original order date, we will gladly offer a one-time price adjustment. This adjustment policy is not effective during end of season Hanna Sale time periods, or with some offers such as (but not limited to) Cyber Monday, Flash Sales, Promotional events and is not applicable in our Outlet Stores.

We are excited to offer ship to store for our customers who live close to our stores. Please bear with us, occasionally our stores fill up with packages so ship to store is turned off until we are able to make more room.
