We currently ship packages to all countries outside of the US. International countries with the exception of Canada and Japan have a choice of shipping method; please see Canada
for more information on shipping and returns. For all other countries we offer either International Standard mail which has a 2-6 week delivery timeframe (no tracking available, timeframe does not include possible delays in customs or during holidays) or International FedEx Express which delivers in 7-9 business days (tracking provided, timeframe does not include possible delays with initial order or customs processing). Please see the chart above for pricing on both ship methods.
Duty and taxes are not included in the order total and can vary from country to country. The package recipient is responsible for all local duty and tax charges presented at the time of delivery; this information includes gift and exchange orders.
Shipments to all countries except Russia, Japan and Canada on orders over $500 USD must go by FedEx Express. If your order exceeds $500 USD, FedEx Express must be selected as the shipping method on the order during check out or you can choose to reduce the amount of the order prior to submission. If FedEx express is not selected at the time that the order is placed, we will select it onto the order and the cost will be added to the order total prior to shipment. The exceptions to this are Japan, Canada and Russia. See Canada
for more information on shipping to those countries. FedEx Express orders to Russia must contain 5 or fewer items and/ or be $170 USD or less. If your order is over either of these limits, please do not select FedEx Express as the ship method. If FedEx express is selected, we will change the order to International Standard mail and adjust the order total prior to shipment.
First time orders with our company will require additional information. After submitting an order you will receive an email from email@example.com Please reply to the email questions as soon as possible so that we may finalize the bank verification process and move your order into our ready to ship status.

If we have made a mistake with your order, or if you have an item which is not meeting quality standards, please contact us prior to returning any garments so that we may assist you in the process. To send a return back to Hanna please use International mail to our USA returns address labeling the box with the address label from your invoice.
