IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
July 2007 In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission we are voluntarily recalling our girl’s and women’s sandal clogs, made of 100% leather with birchwood soles. Please stop wearing these sandal clogs immediately. The leather ankle strap can tear or pull away from the wood sole, creating a potential tripping or falling hazard. We are not aware of any incidents or injuries involving these sandal clogs, but are taking this action as a precautionary measure. The following Strappy Sandal Clogs, style numbers 31968 (girl’s sizes) and 31969 (women’s sizes), covered by this recall are identified below:
Please call us at 1-800-222-0544, 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. PST seven days a week, or email us at customerservice@hannaandersson.com so that we can answer any questions and provide you with a mailing label with which you can return your recalled girls and/or women’s Strappy Sandal Clogs for a full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. Your child’s safety is of paramount concern to us. March 2007 In cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission we are voluntarily recalling our Children's Crossover Tee and Lounge Pant set and our Children's Cropped Johns, made of 100% cotton. Please have your children stop wearing these garments immediately. These garments fail to meet the children's sleepwear flammability standards. The Children's Crossover Tee and Lounge Pant set were marketed as children's loungewear. The Children's Cropped Johns were not marketed as children's loungewear, but could be used as loungewear. The children's sleepwear standards require that sleepwear, including loungewear, be either snug-fitting or flame-resistant. We are not aware of any incidents or injuries involving these garments, but are taking this action as a precautionary measure. The following styles of Children's Crossover Tee and Lounge Pant Set covered by this recall are identified below:
