Scoopneck Jersey Dress
Really lovely dress, runs small
This is like a still-prettier version of the scoopneck jersey dress HA did last season - lovely, simple and easy - and the kind of thing I would design for myself if I could.
But - the sizing is small, and the length hits above-the-knee - I think most people would need to pick a size up and plan to wear with leggings and tights - unless you're feeling brave!

Less pink and more purple than photo; soft, perfect for leggings
I'm hourglass-shaped and I love pockets, so I thought this would be great. The skirt is drapey and I find the pockets perfect, but the sleeves are a bit tight and they come right below the elbow - so yes, they will ride up. So I will probably just push them up, which bulk-wise is better than pushing a 3/4 sleeve up. I like the waist being a little high as it's more flattering on me than set right on my hips.

Not for larger women
I bought this thinking it looked really cute in the catalog. But I not a thin model so it really isn't flattering on me at all. It's very close fitting all through the bodice so if you aren't straight up and down, every roll will be highlighted. The sleeves ride up continuously and worst of all, is the length. It looks longer in the photo. On me it looks too short - more like a babydoll dress, I guess. The fabric is okay but its not a quality worth almost $100. The pockets seem like a good idea, but they tend to stick out against your legs giving the dress a real widening effect that I did not need. I look fat and juvenile in it so I will be sending it back. I'm sure anyone who isn't a plus size as I am would like this dress.
