Not So Skinny Jeans
Not for a slender child
We tried these jeans in both a 130 and 140 size for my soon-to-be 10 year old daughter. Neither size worked for us. The 130 fit in the waist but the length was right on the cusp between perfect and too short, and I thought my daughter would grow out of the length very soon. The 140 was much better in the length, but the hips and rear were HUGE on her. I could adjust the waist to fit her, but then the jeans bunched so much with the extra fabric that they were unattractive. The quality, style, and color of these jeans was great, but the fit didn't work for my child.

good alternative to jeans - not for a lean child
I have 2 girls - one very lean and one average size. The average sized child doesn't like jeans and only wears hanna leggings. We tried these as something different. They are a good style, soft, offer the adjustable waste band- so really a great alternative. The child I got them for won't wear them (her issue- not the pants).... So my lean child does- but they don't look so great on her because they bag all around her pelvis and behind.
So they are a terrific option for a average to bigger child, but look dumpy on a child who is lean to skinny.

Jeans are more comfy than most!
My 4 yr old HATES jeans and thinks they are uncomfortable. However, when she tried these on she smiled - that's BIG! The adjustable waist is great!! Also, not snug on the legs or in the butt. She may actually wear these jeans:) She's a normal build - not super skinny and not chubby - these jeans fit wonderful!

These jeans are very stylish and stretchy which is great for kids. I wish they carried adult sizes!

May need to order a size down
My daughter is usually a size 110, but I ended up keeping these in the 100. They seem to run large in the waist and bottom. She will not be able to wear the 100 as regular length jeans, as they will be too short, but I want to cuff them anyway.

I have trouble finding jeans that don't fall down in the back on my six year old and always have. This is especially true because she wants to wear "skinny" jeans and they are even more difficult to cover in the back. So far these have plenty of coverage. We will see after a few washings.

My daughter is 4 & 44inches tall. So i have a problem with Jeans and most pants. Hannah's Jeans are the first that my daughter has not complained that hurt her stomach. I bought a size 122 and used the inside tabs to tighten. A little big in the tush area. but with a long enough shirt can't even tell.
