great pant to wear rolled up or down
they were too big in the size I ordered and the rest of the sizes were sold out.
I think it is important that you have availability in your sizes, every time I want a Tee or pant in 150's they are sold out. I tend to have to go else where to buy for my boy on a constant basis.

Too tight in waist and still yet long
My son is on the thinner side and usually we have a problem with pants being too big in the waist so need adjustable waist bands so they don't fall down. But he's also tall and long legged so we need a size 4 to be long enough.
I bought these in a size 4 and they were very long but way too tight in the waist.

The only pant that fits a chubby 8 year old.
My 8 year old Grandson is on the hefty side and tall for his age. These pants in a sz.160 fit aroung his waist(which has been the problem) and are not so wide around the legs. The length is perfect when they are rolled and buttoned, they are a little dressier than most cargo pants with elastic waist. They can be rolled down as he gets taller and slims down. Grey was the only color available, all the other colors were sold out. I wish this pant came in a denim fabric as well, since he can't fit into any regular jeans.

World's Greatest Pants
My son has been wearing Hanna's beach pants since he was a toddler. They're comfortable and easy, and he loves the fact that there are no buttons or zippers to worry about. I like the tabs, so the hems can be rolled up, making them more versatile than anything else in his wardrobe. And we both love the colors. Nowadays, we usually go with solids, but when he was little, the brightly colored stripes really set these apart from the usual drab navy/gray/olive choices in boy's clothes.
Even better, these are the only pants I buy him with complete confidence that they'll fit perfectly -- until he shoots up again and I have to buy new ones in a bigger sizer. They're pricier than the panats I can get him at the big box store. But they fit better and are so much more durable that they're worth every penny. My son is 11 now and in Hanna's largest size, so my recent purchase of three pairs might be the last. The end of an era.

Very nice!
It's nice that my son now has some pants that are not blue or tan, and with the button option, they will transition nicely from spring to summer.

Perfect fit for 5 year old with small waist
My daughter loved these pants for her 5 year old because the elasticized waist stays on his waist. Otherwise they would roll down to the point where he begins to trip on them and a view of underwear is displeasing to the eye. They are of excellent quality.

Great pants for summer!
Northern CA summers are often cool... These are perfect pants for my active 8yo. Fantastic fit in size 130 when Land's End size 8 hangs off my son. Nice to order a size and know just what the fit will be.
