bulky but my daughter loves it
Another cute Hanna skirt. I found the skirt to be a bit bulky, but she can afford a little extra fabric around her middle.

Bought this for dance class & playing "dress-up"
This skirt is rather "over the top" in terms of scale. It's longer than most true tutus you find in stores, and also fuller in shape. It has a nice lining, so it could certainly work as a skirt for an outfit/ensemble, but for my child's reserved personality it would be a little too much of an attention grabber for most occasions. We save it for playing dress-up and also to wear to dance class occasionally. My daughter's studio permits students to wear any sort of dance skirt they like (as long as leotards are black and tights are pink.) The younger kids usually wear fluffy, sparkly tutus of every color and description imaginable. This hanna tutu is awesome for dancing.

I luv luv luv this skirt! Looks great on, with or without leggings. With a sweater or a t shirt. My daughter just loves it.

Cute skirt, but not good for an active child!
I love this skirt and so do my girls. We bought this in pink and black. However, after only a few wears (less than 5) the tulle tore in several places. My kids are very active and tend to be rough on clothes more than the average kid which is why I like Hanna's clothes. However, I think stay away from this product if your kids are active. The tulle gets caught on things. On a positive note, the Hanna Anderson store graciously exchanged my torn skirt and sent me a new one. But, I just noticed ANOTHER tear in the new one they sent me. Lesson: I think we'll stay away from tulle, but really appreciated the customer service in exchanging the torn item. We'll be back, just not the tulle.

I go back and forth on whether or not I like this. But because my daughter loves it and would hate me for returning it, we'll keep it. It's all about SKIRT while she has it on. Nothing. But. SKIRT. Do not size up because it's a bit on the larger size and you probably don't want more than what it already is. It washed up great on gentle. I ironed the underskirt to get out the wrinkles from the packaging. I hoped that would help me like it better without the creases from storage. If your daughter is shy, this probably won't be her style, because all eyes will be on her....SKIRT

WAAAYYY too huge and puffy
Looked really cute online. But in reality it was way too big puffy on. My girl is disappointed because she LOVE twirly bright colored skirts. Sadly - this one is going back.

Not like the other reviews
This skirt is exactly what I have been looking for. Not too short or too long. Perfectly pretty for Sunday morning church or dressing up for dinner out. I bought a size larger thinking I would need to for it to be long enough. I had to buy the size my granddaughter actually wears because the larger skirt was too long. I love this skirt!

My five year old LOVES this skirt. The twirl effect makes the skirt all worth it :-) Definitely one to buy!!
