Darling smaller-sized backpack is perfect for my preschooler
VERY high quality. I am happy with the materials used and the zippers and straps are also strong and durable. It is perfect for my 3 year old preschooler. Not quite large enough to hold a full size folder (without folding it slightly) but perfect size to hold what he needs for the day at school. We will get many years of use from this backpack!

Excellent service yet again!!
This fall I purchased this bag as a diaper bag for my toddler. Well, low and behold, while out with my husband the strap broke off completely. I was thrilled with the quick and courteous customer service rep who mailed out a replacement bag the next day! This is why I buy from Hanna!! Please keep up the fantastic service! By the way, we love the bag and it works perfectly for our purpose!

One or two pockets with zipper would be a nice add.

My 3 year old loves this backpack and wants to wear it all the time. The only slightly negative thing I'd say is that Hanna is normally so good about places for putting names. There's a plastic pocket on the back, but no card to slip inside with their name on it. There is a tag on the inside, but it's hard to see. Otherwise, it's great.
