These run small.
We love all Hanna's products, but with my boys I find the Very GUD items run on the small side. I've experienced this with t-shirts as well.
These 140s were for my 78 lb son. THey fit him, but not with the extra room he likes. If you like them roomy you need to always go up a size on the Very GUD items.

Great quality!
These are a thick, good quality shorts that my older son will be able to pass down to his brother. I ordered a 140 for my 60lb, 8 year old, nearly 5' son and they fit him perfectly. He likes the pockets on the side, and I love that I can buy the shorts once and they are so durable that they will be able to be passed down. It may cost a little more for these shorts than some local chain stores, but the quality factor is HUGE as I know they won't wear out in one season, so he can possibly wear them next year, and there is the hand-me-down factor!

Love it! Just what my son needs.
I have a very picky youngster. He doesn't want anything on his waistline. These shorts are prefect. They are so comfy he doesn't complain and they look great too.

Good fit if a little long
I'm thrilled to finally find shorts that are true to size and fit my son without bagging or bulging. They are a tad long, but that will let him wear them for longer, as we seem to grow an inch every 2 months.

good-looking and durable
My little boy has worn these shorts for years, and now that he's 11, he won't wear anything else "nice" except for these shorts. He typically goes through 2 or 3 pair over 2 years unless he grows alot, and they never look worn out. I'll keep buying them as long as they'll fit him!

Great fit and comfortable
I bought these for my son for whom regular jeans are a bit too tight but husky size is way too big. These fit perfectly and look good. The material appears sturdy as well. A keeper.
