Excellent jeans! As mentioned by other reviewers, this are great jeans for kids with special needs. A staple in my child's wardrobe for years. May 10, 2013
Our favorite jeans We've received two pairs of these jeans as hand-me-downs, and, though my boys have lots of other jeans, these are the best ones. They're comfortable, fit both of them well despite their different body shapes, they take a beating and keep kicking, and they're easy for my two-year-old to get up and down. I'd paused at the price before, but now that we have three boys in the house, I'm getting another pair in my oldest's size - I know the littlest boy will wear them too! The only thing I'd like to see different is a bit of reinforcement in the knee, I do have some holes. April 26, 2013
Best elastic-waist jeans ever! My active little boy LOVES these jeans. We have some others from Hanna and other retailers, but these are the ones he picks every time I ask. He still has trouble working a button/zipper combination, so it has been tough in the past to find jeans with an elastic waist for preschoolers. These fit the bill! Plus, they make potty time easy! These are a little looser in the waist and in the leg than some of Hanna's other elastic-waist jeans, so if your little boy is slim, you might want to choose a different style or size down a bit. Please keep making these--they make life sooooo much easier. March 21, 2013
Love these jeans My grandson was having a terrible time with the snaps on his jeans, so we went looking for jeans and cords and other pants with an elastic waist. I immediately went to Hanna because I know that the clothing is always kid-friendly and durable, and comfortable. Sure enough, I found these jeans and a pair of cords and a pair of cropped sweats. I also purchased a pair of the standard Hanna sweatpants for him. These products have made life much easier for him and for his mother. No more accidents because he cannot get the snap or the button undone on his jeans! And the comfort and durability is excellent, as in all Hanna products. March 14, 2013
So comfy These are one of my picky sons go to pants, he avoids buttons and is very slim so the elastic waist and working drawstring are important. Like that fit is by length, he's growing a lot and its easiest to go by height now. March 12, 2013
Nice jean He loves these loose-fitting jeans. No frills and none of the 'skinny' anything about them. They are a nice fit, have practical pockets for a 5-year old and they hold up great to his 'sliding' into home plate wherever he is--school and home. March 9, 2013
cute, but not right for my kids These pants were cute, excellent quality, etc. But, they were not right for my very tall slender boys. I had to pull the drawstring very tight since they are so skinny, and then the heavy denim fabric hurt their waists. I think these would be excellent if my boys just weren't so thin. I loved how they had enough room in the legs for running and playing, yet were made out of durable denim fabric. Just as a reference my boys are in the 15th percentile for weight. February 28, 2013
great for sensory kids these pants have no zipper, button or hooks so they are great for kids who don't have finger strength to do those apparatises....and also those who have sensory issues with rough material and bumps where button/hook would normally be. I have bought these pants in denim and cordoroy for my son for several years. The knees wear out and look faded just like any other pant, so the quality is OK not heavy duty for active boys. The sales women at the store tried on several occasions to sell me size 120 for an 8 year old, and I waited until the size 130 came in (a rare size b/c most Hanna clothes are purchased for younger children). The pants look European, not American, so my son is teased a bit on jeans day at school, but they are the only jeans he will wear. February 17, 2013
